Dr. Alice Broichmann has over two decades’ experience in arbitration and litigation. She represents parties in disputes and serves as an arbitrator. She focuses on post-M&A disputes, including W&I and expert determinations, and acts across commercial, construction, energy, and corporate matters for clients worldwide.

In 2024, she was heard as an expert on arbitration reform by the Legal Affairs Committee of the German Bundestag. Most recently, she spent ten years at a Magic Circle firm and earlier at a market-leading law firm in Munich.

  • Representation of an international plant engineering company in an ICC arbitration involving claims and counterclaims under a contract based on the FIDIC Silver Book and the FIDIC Yellow Book concerning the modernisation of a power plant in Eastern Europe.
