Florian Zindler’s practice focuses on contentious matters before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

A particular focus is on advising and representing clients in the context of corporate and post-M&A disputes. He is also active as an arbitrator.

  • Representation of a German technology company in state court (defence of a claim for damages by a US company seeking reimbursement of legal costs in US proceedings)
  • Representation of parties in arbitration proceedings for the adjustment of large-volume continuing obligations in the energy sector
  • Sole arbitrator in arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration Rules of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS)
  • Secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal in Cross-Border Post-M&A Disputes under the DIS Arbitration Rules
  • Secretary of the arbitral tribunal in a dispute arising out of a cross-border contract for the supply of goods under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC Arbitration Rules)
