Sophie Schröter’s practice focuses on contentious matters before state courts and arbitral tribunals. She also possesses particular expertise in the area of international civil procedure law, in particular the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in civil and commercial matters.

- Secretary to the Tribunal in DIS arbitration proceedings concerning claims for remuneration following termination of a contract for the design and manufacture of industrial plants
- Secretary to the Tribunal in several DIS arbitration proceedings concerning challenges to shareholder resolutions in a limited liability company (GmbH)
- Advising and representing a law firm in enforcing recourse claims against former partners of the firm
- Advising and representing a foreign investment group (renewables sector) in defending against and pursuing civil claims arising from cyber fraud
- Advising a U.S. software corporation on the pursuit of damages against various companies for unauthorized use of licensed software
- Advising and representing an entertainment industry company in defending against claims arising out of an alleged sales contract
- Advising and representing a manufacturing company in defending against claims arising out of an alleged sales contract
